1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
3. Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment without a refund of the difference.
4. Health & Safety
Guests must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy before treatment. Men Time reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsuitable.
5. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. Vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry date stated.
6. Personal Belongings
Men Time is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit.
7. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately. Mobile phones should be silenced during treatment.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected during booking is used only to provide our services and is not shared with third parties.
